Bought these for my mother to keep her legs and feet warm after having had hip surgery. Read the description for a few leg warmers before deciding on these as most seemed to be too narrow and didn't have the stretch needed to get over swollen lower legs and ankles. These do the job perfectly!

Bought these for my elderly aunt who suffers from the cold. She particularly gets cold feet, ankles and lower legs, but finds that she gets sores between her toes if she wears thick or restrictive socks. With these, she can wear a pair of normal socks and then put these on to cover her heels and lower legs. She often wears them to bed too.She has been really pleased with them as they are nice and warm. The only downside has been that they have stretched with use and we have had to make a full length tuck in them.
