Awesome buy! Very audible and sturdy while looking good
If you're looking for durable, sturdy and easily heard from a distance, then these are your bells. The really nice bit is that they are VERY loud.I use the big bell for my Belgian Malinois. We live out in the woods and he gets to run free on walks and hikes. The bell is super nice for keeping track of where he is and great for warning the wild animals that he's coming.I used to have a regular bear bell on his collar, but crashing through the woods he lost 3 in short order. I finally zip tied the last one on. Because they have the 'X' shape on the bottom, he would come back with it full of grass, small branches or stuffed with snow in the winter. All of which obviously kept it from ringing but also over time would bend them out of shape or break them. We lost the clappers on a couple this way and the last one cracked all the way through. No chance of any of those issues with these bells! The metal is about an 1/8" thick, very sturdy. A good swing with a hammer probably wouldn't dent it! The single line opening hasn't gathered any brush thus far and has yet to pack with snow despite the heavy spring conditions. The design is much more fashionable and is easily attached sans zip tie. The loop is just as durable, so no worries on that being a weak connection point. The slight downside is that they are a bit heavier being so dense.I also liked the option of having the different sizes to choose from. They are all just as strong as the large one and certainly as loud! You can see in the pictures where I wrapped a single layer of electric tape around the outside circumference to dampen the sound just a bit for my dog's sake (and mine in enclosed areas like the car!). Which brings up my last point.. if your dog likes to stick their head out the window on long drives, I highly recommend taking the bell off. It's likely to demolish the glass! They are VERY sturdy. All in all, great purchase for us. Outperforms the bear bell by far! Looks classy and I don't have to buy a new one every couple weeks. We have had this bell for over a year now and still going strong. Saves me a lot of money! And I have the extras for back up just in case. All the compliments we get are a great bonus.Jocko the Malinois approves.

Best bells I have purchased.
They last. This is my second purchase of this product. Only because I didn’t properly secure them to my dog’s collar. I now use a pet id clip to attach them. Pleasant sounding. Very durable, love the variety of sound choices. Use the latest one on big dog when out in the field. Smaller size on our mini dachshund. Or change out sizes when dogs are closer range. Best sound distance of any bell I have purchased. Smallest would be nice cat bell. Extra ones used on house back door knob.

loud and sturdy!
I have tried numerous brands of bells on my dog. I live in a rural area, no fences, so I keep bells on the dog mostly to warn off the neighbors cats that happen by. Also so I can tell where my dog is. These are the first bells that didn't flatten out just from the dog laying down. He is about 120 lbs. Also, these bells have not broken off nor gotten lost. I am only using 2 bells currently, they are loud enough. The others I'm holding for future use. The price for a set of 5 is excellent! I'm glad I bought them!

These are great bells.
I use the larger ones to keep track of my dogs on the farm. Loud enough to hear all the way up the hill.

Great small bell

Ring not loud enough......
Smallest bells don't hardly ring at all! Otherwise, the smaller 2 do fit a teacup dog size collar and neck. Had to but 2 to even get a light ring.

Very sturdy
I got the 5 pack , and I gave my puppy the 2nd smallest. She is a German Rottweiler and at 10 months was 60 pounds. I can still hear it and it is a nice sound in our yard when she is out . It let's me know where she is.

She Can Run But She Can't Hide
My little dog is a free spirit. Many times I resolved to never let her off leash in the park again because she regards commands as suggestions. I resisted putting a bell on her for a variety of reasons but my peace of mind won out. This is my third set. The first set was really cute for crafting but useless for GPSing my dog. The second set was decent but I had to really strain to hear the sound past fifteen or twenty feet. The third time was the charm. I put the largest bell on her last night. She's a bitty little thing but she doesn't seem to mind. What a difference! I don't know the exact range of audibility it has but I suppose it's a good fifty feet or so. The sound is loud but not clanging like those annoying Salvation Army Santa bells on street corners at Christmastime that my city finally banned. The sound is duller, mellower. And now walking my dog in the park will be much mellower too! UPDATE: I can hear this bell from WAY more than fifty feet. Probably more like 200 feet. It depends on variables like ambient noise and weather conditions. I just know that if I can’t hear her she has gone too far! I do wish the large bell was sold separately.
