Had to order this online as no stores carry it in my area, but I have a favorite recipe that includes it. Its very flavorful.

Good things can come in small packages. Even though this is a tiny jar (see image with nail polish for comparison) it has big flavor! When I first got this I was thinking it resembled those little jam/jelly jars you get at hotels with the continental breakfast - but this one is definitely a bit bigger, 3X bigger - and my immediate thought was that it looked too expensive for the price. Then I opened the jar and the fragrance and taste captured my senses. It contains actual pieces of truffle and a very thin layer on a toast is all you need to get the delicious flavor and encompassing scent. I do wish the jar was larger in size, but I guess that's the American in me. Love it and will buy again.

So frustrating - as other reviews have said, this product arrived with the lid button popped up so we didn't feel safe eating it. It's not eligible for return, and I can't figure out how to get it replaced. I'm out twenty bucks and the ingredient I was counting on is useless.

Very good flavor. Arrived in very good condition. There are more expensive ones, but this is good to cook with.

We use this on artisan bread with imported Gruyère cheese. It makes the BEST grilled cheese sand sandwich I have ever had. Its cost keeps us from having it more often, but for a special occasion, this is our go-to.

This product has a very well balanced flavor. Some truffle products are too earthy so that the flavor is overpowering but not this one. Great product. Would buy again

I use this truffle butter every morning when I cook my scrambled eggs, I use it as the oil in the pan, I cook it like Jacques Pepin suggests, very slowly, and it makes a very creamy and very tasty truffle butter eggs. I garnish with chives from my garden.
