I ordered the personalized 20 oz Golfer Tumbler for my son who is a very good golfer. It was delivered to my home earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the hard plastic top had two sets of scratches. I reached out to Laser Gram regarding only the plastic top, the tumbler and engraving were perfect. Within 24 hrs they responded with an apology and said they would replace it. I asked if I could get it delivered by a certain date (as that was when my son would be visiting, and the top came back on that day. The product and the customer service deserve 5 out of 5 stars. We will order again with Laser Gram and suggest it to our friends and family as well. Wish I had taken a photo, because it truly looks great. Our son loves it!

The leather look vinyl makes it hand washable, but still durable.

Gave as a gift to my father and he says it works great! Only issue is I ordered this 12/6 which had an estimated delivery date for 12/17 at the latest - I figured plenty of time to get it by Christmas 12/25. I was wrong - after several messages to the seller, this finally delivered 1/9 (over a month later and 3 weeks after the latest estimated delivery date) - so if you’re interested in ordering, I’d suggest ordering as early as possible and expecting a month for delivery to be safe.

Christmas 2020 gift for my HUBZ. Not that we need another travel mug, but it was different. He loved it. Drink hole does not have a closure cover. Am checking with company about this. That is why I gave it a 3. Not a deal breaker, but hot liquids will cool faster in the golf cart.

We purchased this for our son for his HS graduation. He uses it daily and loves it!
