Hi. Please note that this vape does not come with the bubble tank and cobra drip tip as featured in my pictures (I purchased these separately). The vape comes with standard glass and tip. If there appears to be any marks on the vape in the photos, this is just a camera reflection (there are no marks or scratches on the vape). Works fine. Good quality. Feels heavy. Good battery life (the bubble tank is a good idea as you won’t have to fill as often). Good clouds and throat hit, but not overbearing. Easy to operate. Looks attractive. The reason as to why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was advertised with the cobra tip but didn’t come with it. The tip included causes a terrible stink when you vape (I learned this by taking off the drip tip immediately after I had vaped and being hit by an awful chemical/fishy smell). Note that I had just fully cleaned the vape, fresh coil, removed and cleaned the mouth piece and area it slots in to and tank and the fishy smell hit immediately (clearly from the drip tip, not the tank....I obsessively keep my vape hygienic and clean). I’ve replaced the tip with another cobra one I got off Amazon and the smell has gone. Overall pleased with it. Like all other vapes I have bought previously, batteries aren’t included (you’ll need to buy two separately)

Fast delivery on Prime but on average £10 cheaper elsewhere.The mod is fine so far.The only issue being the false advertising of the ''Priv superior charging cable'' being included when it isn't, just a cheap plastic one, not the metal one advertised. I now notice other buyers saying the same thing, some didn't even get the batteries. This is misleading in breach of trading standards but I understand that amazon has many listings so cannot check them all. The seller should have checked these details when listing. See attached image. If it wasn't for the cable issue, it would be 5 star review, I would still recommend this product.

Looks good,but can not open to fill tank,l have tried but given up,why will it not open

I've bought atleast 8 of these from Amazon so far only one have lasted up to 2 years, recent one had to be replace by this one as it became defective, once its charged to full and set up correctly one charge can last up to a week without needing to be recharged at all. And this is being used by someone who vape a lot. Excellent quality.

The product itself is good however the protective screen on it was covered in scratches and fingerprints and the fancy USB cable which is advertised did not come with it so instead of a USB cable with all that mesh protection they speak about I got a flimsy old one, the whole feel of the packaging and the lack of new USB makes me think that this is a refurbished item when I payed for a brand new one... I don't have time to return it now before im going away either so I'll just have to use it but I'm a little annoyed.

This was my first Smok kit and I’ve never had a better kit than this, I’ve tried other smok ones however as this one is quite sturdy and hard wearing it lasts ages even if you’re clumsy like me and drop your vape all the time 😂Settings are straight forward, you can change the colour of the screen which I love, the batteries supplied last ages and I’ve never had any issues with them.The tank you can buy bubble glass for so you can get extra juice in and there’s a good range of coils for this kit. I tend to use the X6 coils as I feel they give a better cloud alongside a smoother vape.All In all a fab vape. Definitely recommend.

Brought in August, it's now end of November and it's packed up, won't turn on. Have changed batteries etc, only shows briefly the screen then switches off. If I'd have known these Smok e-cigs had issues I'd have avoided buying this in the first place, surely they should last longer than 2- 3 months.Avoid Smok at all costs. Aweful product
