Ribbed Soft Silicone Pot Holder 2-Pack Set, Grey, 7"x9"

I love the fact that my whole hand fits inside and it comes up my wrist so that I can't get burned reaching into the oven and encountering the oven shelf. I liked the color selection and went for RED to brighten my day.The only think that troubled me was the Warranty. This is a Kitchen Aid product which said the warranty info was to be found at a specific site. Could never find it. Since the label on the item said that you could only wipe them off, I assumed that they were not to be machine washed and that is why I wanted to check the warranty. We will see how these hold up. I guess I will be soaking and hand washing.

I should have returned them as I am now going to donate them somewhere. I was thinking that after washing they might soften up but they are over sized and not malleable, too stiff to bend to grab something hot and awkward to hold on anything. I thought that my husband, who has much larger hands than I do, was fine with them but last night he he said " I hate these things" while trying to help take thing out of the oven.

I finally gave up completely on these pot holders. I liked the concept of having silicone but the pot holder is too stiff to fold over and grip something like a plate. I've come close to dropping something hot out of the microwave too many times to stick with them. I'm sure they'll work fine as place mats for hot dishes.

I kept burning my potholders, so I thought I would try these as they are described as fire resistant. Unfortunately, they are bulky and stiff. It is just not easy to grab a pot out of the oven. Went back to my old potholders. These potholders are not very useable for the intended purpose.

No matter how hot they protect your hands. I have very small hands & my husband has large hands, but they work equally well for both of us.

THESE ARE TRULY WONDERFUL... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND... MAKE SURE YOU USE ON THE SILICONE SIDE WHEN TAKING HOT FOODS OUT OF THE OVEN... IF YOU USE ON SILICONE SIDE YOU GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!... I LOVEEEE THESE POT HOLDERS AND WISHED I BOUGHT THEM SOONER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The color and the weight are very nice. I was disappointed that the stitching at the bottom edge of the mitt prevents you from slipping your hand into them completely. I also think I should have gotten a mitt with a separate thumb area to prevent them from slipping off.

Everything about these potholders were great except that they were kind of on the big side so it wasn’t easy to hold. That is the only reason why I return them

I love these with the little pockets for my hands and the silicone pad, I brought a red pair and this green set. Easy to wash just through in machine, I do chose to hang them to dry. My last set I have for over 3 years.
