Fits strange
The neck is big. The arms are kinda tight. But kinda wide around the gut. Kinda bummed out. Wish it fit normal cause it’s a good looking shirt on the hanger which is probably where it will stay.

The Best 4000 Size Reel You'll Find For Under £30
Used as a cheap backup reel replacing a Rovex that don't seem to last very well under salt water conditions. This one however has a better drag and as long as you rinse it down with fresh water shows no signs of any salt water damage after a dozen trips. On only my second session with this reel I accidentally caught a 30lb+ Tope on a light spinning rod with this reel and after a half hour fight managed to get it to the side of the boat no problems, ultimate test of the reels drag and it passed with flying colours.

Nice and does the job.
It works nicely for the price and does the job, just not quite as good as a similar reel I already have that was shop bought.Update - July 2017. I was wanting to purchase a new reel and was contemplating another one of these but decided to go for a "Lurehunter spinning reel" that came from China, as it had good reviews. After two days of ownership I wished I had gone for the Hyperloop instead. May well purchase another anyway as over the last year, though it has not had a lot of use, it is actually a nice reel to use and excellent value at £15 (the Lurenunter cost me £26 !)

A big name reel at a throwaway price.
What can you say? For the price, this reel is excellent. I bought this reel because I'm returning to float fishing after many years of sea-angling, and I didn't want to spend a lot before I know if I'll stick with it. After using multipliers and huge fixed-spool reels, this reel feels small, but it is well-made, runs smoothly and won't break your heart if you smash it up. Having had Baitrunners in the past, I wanted a name that I recognise and Shimano doesn't disappoint with this budget offering.I would recommend this reel for beginners in the sport or for people who're on a budget.P.S. A lady below has mentioned the packaging, or lack of, it IS just a Shimano box - no manuals or spare parts. However, this is fairly normal. And not something I would complain about.

Check the sticker to see if it's smooth, mine arrived bumpy and looks horrible.
Arrived quickly but the shimano sticker around the spool is all creased and looks horrible this overall makes the reel look horrible. Not up to the usual quality of shimano at all. The line lay on the reel is ok. Feels great for spinning unused as yet. But 110% dissapointed due to the sticker. It just makes the reel look cheap and horrible. I wouldn't of said this was a new product Due to the sticker.

Perfect for spinning off the shore.
This is the third Shimano hyperloop I’ve had. The other two I lost over the edge of the boat... 100% user error! Great reels for the price (although they have gone up in price since I first got one about 5 years ago .... testament to how popular they are I suppose). Easy to use and very well made. Looks more expensive than it is. Mine have not seized up from salt water like other inexpensive reels I have had. Perfect for spinning for mackerel off the shore or float fishing or for a spot of shallow boat fishing. Limited spool depth so not suitable for heavier line- 6-8lbs is perfect.
