Has a little give in it
I am 5'9" and 200 lbs and change. Went with the M3 since the MS went up to a much higher weight and figured I would have too much suit. The M3 was a little snug but worked perfectly for my triathlon. Once I got moving the suit was very comfortable in the water. No unnecessary rubbing that left me raw and was relatively easy to peel off after the swim portion.

Fits like a second skin and under $200!! Alpine mermaid approved!
The media could not be loaded. Need an Ironman approved, athlete endorsed, quality triathlon wetsuit on a budget? In a sea of high dollar suits Synergy wetsuits blows everyone out of the water!!! Originally Selected for the price I soon found out I got much more than a bargain at check out...new and super stretchy, the Synergy Volution full wetsuit not only fits like a second skin, is stretchy enough to go on without dramatic gymnastics, has great coverage, cold water tested (early summer conditions in Tahoe is about 45degree), seamless feel inside, AND sits below a $200 price point means the hardest part about choosing this suit is which size will fit you correctly!! AND because the customer survive is so AMAZING you can skip the guesswork and ask them directly. Phone or email with your questions as they are eager and ready to help! If you’re lucky enough to live in the area you can schedule as appointment to go in for a fitting where the staff not only helps you pick the right size they actually help you try it on...a first time wetsuit try-on will require some “handling”and they know just how to make the experience as painless as possible. The box also comes with great fitting and try on instructions and some helpful tips on how to care and store your suit. Some advice when trying on the suits... try to be as dry and cool as possible. Afternoons or post-workouts when you’re hot and sweaty are sure to equal a hot and sweaty mess which is the exact opposite of prime try-on conditions... think early, cool, and dry pre-suit up.If you have fingernails try using gardening gloves with rubber fingers to help keep the suit from punctures. For the price it’s hard to list any negatives but my only complaint is the price makes me want more than one style... hardly a negative!!Fits all shapes and sizes - For reference I’m 5’8, 170lbs, swimmers build with broad shoulders and full hips. I wear a size W3 comfortably... I tried the WX first because I was worried about it fitting the length of my torso and hips but I had too much fabric at the shoulders and back so the W3 fits much more snug with no compromise in the length. This alpine mermaid is so stoked to get out in the cold water and stay warm and toasty in my Synergy suit! Hope this helps you find your perfect fit!!Happy swimming!!

Seems high quality but runs very small
I am 6'0" and 185 lbs. I am fit, not fat. I've got a 42 inch chest and a 34 inch waist. I have worn many wet suits (dive and tri) in my day and know how they should fit. According to the sizing chart I am in the middle of an M3. That didn't fit. Returned it for an L1. Didn't fit. Now returning it for an L2 hoping it will fit. Legs fit fine on both but torso was too tight to get on. Good thing the returns are free. But have to wait and go through the return hassle. My recommendation when ordering go for the largest size where you are in the range (if you are thin up top) or maybe even 1 size higher (if you are broad shouldered).

Excellent Fit for Staying Warm
Sizing: I'm 5'0, 32" chest, 25" waist, 36" hip and ordered the P2 and it fits like a glove! The legs aren't too long and the crotch doesn't ride up, which is great. Wore this in 58°F water and once the suit was wet it was very pleasant in the water. The shoulder flexion is really nice too. Also, getting out of the water it doesnt have the same cold shock like other wetsuits, I was able to get out and still feel comfortable wearing it. One thing I would recommend is to get neoprene socks as well - especially if you're gonna be using this in cold water. I also got the synergy hood (I'm a wuss in cold water) and would recommend that as well for anyone looking to get a head start on doing their swimming before season.

Size runs very small
I used the size chart to order this wetsuit and it was so small I couldn't zip it up, even with help. The suit looked fine overall and I was going to order another in a bigger size but thought it would not be delivered in time.

Excellent, 18% gained in speed
Great for triathlons, super comfortable, I used to surf and this wetsuit is better than anything I had before, buoyancy is perfect and as far as the cold water goes, its as if im not in the water, dont even feel the "wetness" of the water in the suit.I track my times, pool time swam the same way immediately improved my swim speed by 18% on a. 2k yards swim.

VERY POOR QUALITY definitely don’t recommend it
I bought this wet suit based on the reviews and thought that this will be a wetsuit I will be able to use for a while. I thought the price was not so cheap, but thought the quality might be good. Surprisingly, I wore it three times and it got BROKEN. I don’t have my nails long and I was careful when I wore it. It fitted perfectly. I was not wearing it to do wild triathlons just to go to the beach and enjoy the waves with my kids.A month later, after the third time I wore it I noticed that it got ripped. I called the company and they told me that they couldn’t do anything. NO SOLUTION. I paid close to $200.00 for this wetsuit. A complete waste of money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Customer Service is horrible. I cannot believe it.Very poor quality. Definitely not a match for the price.
