It was what I expected before
I really recommend this slicer, it was what I expected before. I never had an experience to use slicer before, and I used to cut fruit and vegetables myself, because I think it would be a little difficult to learn how to use the machine. But as a surprise, it's so easy to learn and use. I really recommend it for hewers. The knives inside works very well, even better than the knife I used before. And the size is good, not too big or small. By rotating it, the fruit or vegetables would be splice easily. I recommend you to have one.

Gets the job done
This product is great for making vegetable noodles (my favorites are zucchini and cucumber). It can be difficult to clean the center if the food dries on it, so I recommend rinsing immediately after use. After running it through the dishwasher a few times it started to develop some rust, so now I strictly had wash it. The end piece (with teeth) is really handy for when you get to the end of your vegetable, but, if you're like me, and you lose it, you can always use a fork to do the same thing (just don't slice off your fingers).

Not impressed.
I would not purchase again. I love the spiral cut idea and the small size, however this device doesn't cut it. I was able to slice a zucchini, it jambed a few times. The spiked feeder ripped through the zucchini and was no help. There is a big peice of vegetable that gets wasted at the end (about 25% waste) because it can't be fed through. Bad design, wasteful, really hard to clean, waste of money.

Don't bother,get Chop Magic.
Bought this to julienne vegetables for Bibimbap and stir fry and I had to return it after one attempt. I was disappointed in how awkward and not functional this was, fresh carrots were impossible and kept breaking. Zucchinis mostly worked. Carrots might work if you already cooked the vegetable but who would do that? This is a design flaw that is not isolated to this brand. Although I would still like one more size for the blades get a Chop Magic instead. I also hate the other kinds of julienne devices where you have to wear special gloves so you don't slice your fingers even with their "protection guards ". Only thing this could do better if working properly is make one long strand of vegetable.

Good idea, poor execution
This little contraption has two sizes of "noodles" it can spiral-cut the squash into. I have tried both and unfortunately as soon as I used the large side, the plastic piece holding a razor-sharp blade broke off. This was unfortunate and I super-glued it back on, but am now only able to use one side. (After super-glueing, I tried it again and it broke again.)The small side is great and it definitely works, so for that it gets two stars. However, breaking immediately does not allow it to rate higher than that.

Exactly What I Was Looking For! My Kitchen Needs It!
I was afraid I wouldn't be able to use it very well. True, it didn't come with instructions, and looks very simple. But if you use YouTube to search this item, you will know how to use it and it is much easier than you think. First of all, I like the size of this item. It is small enough to easily fit in my kitchen drawer. Secondly, it makes my life easy. I hate spend a lot of time to prepare food material. I love eat, but I do not like cut vegetable at all! But this item help me save a lot of time and make vegetable has shape and looks pretty. I love use it to do with cucumber, carrot. Thirdly, the material is good. It has no bad smell and has good touch. Hoping my review will help you guys to find a correct item. I recommend this item because this is exactly what I was looking for! And I believe you must love it if you use it.

Works for squash and zucchini only
I was hoping to use this for carrots, but I couldn't get it to work. No instructions. I know, duh, how hard can it be to figure out how to twist a vegetable through a spiral slicer, but like I said. The carrots didn't work for me at all. Love making zucchini strips instead of pasta, stir them up in a pan with a dash of water until heated through and great with any sauce. Thai peanut sauce, for example, or marinara.
