3 months and no REFUND !!!
$374 for my tufting gun. I used it for a hour and the machine would continue to run without pushing the button. I had to physically unplug it for it to stop. they receive the item back May 10. Provided them with a tracking number & I have never receive my refund. It’s been 3 months. I would NEVER recommend!!!

Came in about a month (still earlier than expected)
The media could not be loaded. Came with some bits giggling inside the machine, had to open it up and fix it. Button on the side of handle gets jammed some times. But you can crank the wheel part to get it un stuck. Heavy, I think it's 6 lbs which hurts to hold after a while. Not terribly loud but, I'd say quieter than a high powered blender louder than an old microwave, so ill be getting ear protection

This is not a ZQ-II tufting gun.
I received a tufting gun that does not work, and it is not a ZQ-II model. The machine I received was different from the product images.

FYI save yourself the money and make sure the front of the needle isn’t hooked- literally ruined so much test fabric trying to see what was wrong. Not sure if they do for protective measure but should come with a manual if so. Nonetheless a simple wrench will straighten
