I've been using highlighter more and learning to use it more effectively. This year I've been using a powder form that I apply, but I wanted to give this a try. It comes in a container and applies wet sort of like a lip gloss then dries shortly after. You really don't need much so there is a learning curve. It has a cool tingling effect which is the same thing that I get with a lip plumper. It is a little bit bizarre to have it with a highlighter, though. I really didn't notice any plumping, and I'm not sure the areas you apply highlighter can even plump. The tingling effect lasts for a very long time. So, I really don't know if it does that or not, and if it did I doubt it would be a noticeable effect. I've tried lip plumpers and didn't notice anything there either. Besides that, I really love this product without that effect because it's a really nice highlighting color. I feel like it lasts longer than my other one which makes sense if it goes on wet and dries. Maybe I'm not observant enough if something would plump for me or not. I just like more control with how this is applied. If someone points out to me my face looks extra plumped I'll come back and update.. or get upset and never talk to that person again depending on how I take it lol

This comes in a nice outer product box that is sealed with a sticker on top. Inside is the tube and a little pamphlet. The tube is a nice size. It’s rectangular shaped with a gold top and clear bottom. The pamphlet describes the product and gives tips on where to use the product.The applicator is a BIG doe foot applicator. Seriously, it’s big 😂 I’ve never seen a doe foot applicator so big! I guess since it’s supposed to be used on bigger areas, that’s why it’s so big 🤷‍♀️ A lot comes out on the applicator when you remove it from the tube, so you do need to scrape it off on the side, but no big deal. The applicator feels nice and smooth. It applies the product well.There’s a slight scent. It’s hard to place. It’s kind of fruity.It’s a pretty champagne color. I was a little worried it would be too dark for my pale skin, but it worked beautifully!A little goes a long way. It just takes a few small dots along where you want it, then dab it to blend it out, and you have a nice, light highlight. The more noticeable or blinding you want it, the more you add.It dries down quickly but not so quick where you need to work fast to blend it out. It also doesn’t accentuate texture.It says that it’s a “plumping highlighter,” and I wasn’t sure what that meant. It says, “A plumping liquid highlighter infused with a rapid skin lifting system, Vin-upLift to firm & lighten fine lines. This pearlescent formula provides the plumping & moisturizing power to give your skin a radiant, luminescent glow!” I don’t feel like it lifts the skin or lightens fine lines. I really don’t know how much a highlighter would lift the skin anyways. It’s a weird claim. I also don’t notice any plumping, which I also think is a weird claim.Overall, I think if you’re looking for a liquid highlighter, this is a beautiful highlighter. To me, it’s pretty pricey at $25. But since a little goes such a long way, it will last a long time.

I keep trying to love this product, but when it comes down to it, I just don’t *get* it.I do use and love the GrandeGLOW liquid blush. As best I can figure, maybe the issue is just that blush — which really only goes in one spot — is better suited for the liquid application method? Highlighter, not so much. I usually use highlighter just under my eyebrows and on top of my cheekbones. Just a little, and well-blended with a brush. This liquid highlighter blends best with fingers instead, which only really works on my cheekbones. And then, if I apply finishing powder once I’m done with my makeup, it covers up most of the effects anyway. So, for daily usage as a part of my normal routine, it just doesn’t work for me.Now. I will say that I do like the subtle glowy effect on my cheekbones on lazy weekend days when I don’t usually wear makeup. That’s nice. But those days are rare.Also worth noting, as with the blush from this line, there doesn’t seem to be any plumping effect at all. I don’t especially need it, so this doesn’t bother me at all. But if it’s something you’re looking for in a product like this, you may be disappointed.

I ordered this Grande Cosmetics GrandeGLOW Plumping Highlighter in the lightest shade, “French Pearl”. It’s a golden peachy pearlescent color. It blends beautifully with my skin tone because I have golden undertones. The price point is a little high, but the packaging feels high end and you only need a small amount with each use. I don’t typically gravitate to liquid highlighters because I use powder foundation. However, I applied setting spray to my powder foundation first to melt it into my skin and then went in with this liquid highlighter. I put the highlight on the back of my hand and then took my middle finger to pat the highlighter in the places that I wanted to highlight. It gives a nice strong shimmery glow without being too silvery or shiny. It’s really beautiful. I think this is a great beginner liquid highlighter because it is very user friendly. I felt like I had a lot of control during application and I was able to build it up without accidentally overdoing it.

I got this in “french pearl”. The color is very much pearlescent and looks beautiful against my porcelain skin tone. I find a little goes a long way. Just a dot on both cheek bones and a smidge on my Cupid’s bow is all I need. I just blend it out with my finger by tapping. I do use a little on my inner corner of my eyes and brow bone when doing my eye makeup as well. Looks really nice and makes me look more awake. However, as many other reviews state - this isn’t plumping. I’m not entirely sure why such is included in the name. I know it mentions “skin lifting” and hiding wrinkles but it doesn’t really do any of that. This is just a really pretty shimmery liquid highlighter. Well more of gloss consistency. But overall, I’m pleased with how it looks and wears on my face. I’d say you could even put some on your collar bone to accentuate it. I would but I’m plus size so you can’t really see mine.
