PokemonTCG 50 Shiny/Foil Pokemon Cards (Assorted Lot with No Duplicates)

I have bought 5 of these now. It's exactly what it says it is. 50 cards with some type of holo, usually a reverse holo.Only downside is there is consistently about 5 duplicates per pack, but honestly I don't mind that at all.

Loved this purchase. All 50 cards were in great condition. Got no duplicates. Only a single shiny. Have not collected pokemon cards since the first 3 pack releases. Was very nostalgic.

I bought these for my 5-yr old nephew who just started learning about Pokémon. As a big fan myself, this set is perfect. I’m aware I won’t find a million dollar card in this set, I’m aware these are not grade 10 ultra rare non dupes set.This is a great set for a kid just getting started, these foil cards are so awesome, and some rare cards made him so happy. I’ve purchased two sets and about to buy another one. For the price point this seller is providing a great number of super cool looking cards, some are actually rare and made my nephew one of the coolest kids in his class. And honestly the two or three dupes that did come give him something to trade with his friends. Highly recommend, kudos to this seller. Great product for the price!

This was a really great gift for my son (about to be 7) who is just getting into collecting Pokemon. It had the right number of cards and all were in good shape. They seem real but I can't full comment on that since I am new to pokemon collecting myself. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were 3 duplicates and 8 of the cards were in what I believe is Japanese. I wouldn't have been upset about the duplicates if the listing didn't specifically say 'No Duplicates' and on a similar note if the listing had stated that a number of the cards might be in a different language, I may have chosen a different listing. While if he was just collecting this likely wouldn't be a problem, he is trying to learn how to play the game as well rendering these cards basically unusable.

I'm giving this item 3 stars because I knew what I was getting when I ordered based on others' reviews. There is definitely a boatload of duplicates. One reviewer said they thought maybe 1/2 the set was made up of duplicates...that is very accurate in the set I received. Some Pokemon cards would have 7, 4, 3, or 2 etc of the same. I'll admit I know next to nothing about Pokemon cards (they were for my kid) but I have eyes and can tell when cards look the same.Other than that, the cards were in good shape and there were a few fun ones included. We will just the take the dupes to share with friends at school.I would recommend this item if you are ok with getting maybe 20ish unique cards with the rest being possible dupes.

had one duplicate lol but over all my husband LOVED it! he also loves how they look , a lot of the cards he got he did not have. he loved this.

Just got these grandson is gonna love them to collect.

Only 42 Pokémon, 7 trainer, and 1 item card. No bonus rare Pokémon! The cards are also not shiny on the Pokémon picture, like I was expecting. They are shiny foil on the border and description part. I purchased these to use as rewards for good behavior for my 1st grader so I guess this is okay for the $6.99 but not what I was expecting or what was described in the item description.
