First class quality for a great price
Really great quality for a great price- considering it’s an ‘Amazon Basics’ product - the quality and features are anything but basic… really well made, top quality materials - I ordered a Samsonite at the same time and sent that back as it was inferior to this (so I’ve ordered another one - the true test will come when I travel with it, but I looks like it will be very long lasting

Questionable quality
Was initially happy with it, especially the split base feature. Unfortunately it has not withstood even half a dozen air travel trips. After only a year and a half of intermittant use, the fabric has been punctured and split in places. Not the usual Samsonite quality you'd expect and certainly not fit for the rigours of airport baggage handlers. Would not recommend.

Stitching ripped open on 1st use !!!!
Stitching ripped open on first use!!!!I bought this in November 2024 for a specific trip I had coming up in July 2025.The stitching on one of the end pouches has ripped open during this trip after minimal useI have many Samsonite products and this is NOT the same quality standard and build I have come to expect from Samsonite.It is now no longer fit for purpose, very expensive for a one use bag.What hapoened to the good old Samsonite quality and durability??Very disapointed, and the last Samsonite product that I will buy

Absolutely rubbish bag.The stitching failed on the first use and as it 3 months old Amazon don’t want to know and Samsonite want £15 just to pick it up to see if it’s a material or manufacturing defect ?Save you money !!

Works great so far
No issues so far. Went on one trip and it held up great. You can fit a LOT of clothes in it. It rolls well and seems sturdy enough.

Spacious and wheels well
The baggage is spacious and the wheels works well even when the baggage is full and heavy. The downside is that there should be some kind of holder or stabiliser at the bottom as when upright, the baggage can't stand on its own and that is a major inconvenience when the bag is in an upright position. It is also pretty flimpsy when empty. Other than that, can't complain much for the price offered and it did well for me for a 2 weeks trip!

Top handle ripped on the 3rd trip
On the beginning of my 3rd trip, handle ripped at the seam . Not happy with the bag at all, it's unusable the way it is, nice layout, but not very durable.

Pretty decent but not the toughest
Generally speaking not bad, fairly well put together, but has gotten some small holes worn/torn in it pretty rapidly at the edges. I do use it a fair bit, but thought it would be a bit tougher than it is. Good mid-size bag overall especially considering the price is pretty reasonable, but be aware it's not all that large.
