So it's a solid monitor for it's price. Large and with great features for gaming. I purchased the refurbished model listed here, for some reason my menu knob doesn't work and the monitor doesn't power down when my pc goes to sleep. It just stays black with the back light on.I don't regret with this purchase. The monitor is guaranteed by Amazon, so I'm getting a replacement delivered today. If this replacement is faulty, then I'll send it back as well and then keep trying.Edit: Got the monitor replaced and the replacement works great. I've been using it for nearly 18 months at this point.I recently experimented with the HDR features that this monitor claims to support. I spent a great amount of time configuring the PC and the monitor for the best results. After looking deeper at this monitor's specs, it appears to have 350 cd/m2 brightness. Unfortunately, this brightness level is too low to achieve the minimum that is set forth by the Vesa DisplayHDR qualification, at 400 cd/m2.So, while this monitor "supports" HDR, you won't really notice any benefit from turning it on due to the peak brightness being too low. For a solid HDR experience, you want a minimum of 400 cd/m2, with the highest Vesa DisplayHDR qualification requiring 1400 cd/m2.With all of that said. This monitor still offers a great display. The color accuracy is pretty good. The 165hz refresh rate is invaluable. And the 32" inch size is just perfect for my needs. This is a versatile display and you can't really go wrong for the price offered on this page.

I bought 3 of these came in the original box but were clearly resealed but they are refurbished so this is expected I'd be more concerned if it wasn't. My biggest concern was dead pixels there were none on all three of them. all three came with everything as they would if they were new no scratches or cosmetic damage. my second concern was the quality of the replaced parts and the impact on performance they worked at advertised speeds and response time and were at the proper resolution without having to mess with settings have not tried to overclock them may in the future. keep in mind these do come with only a 3ft display port cable which is a LG problem not the refurbishing company's fault 3 ft cables to me feel like e-waste they don't seem useful for most set up configurations from my experience since most people don't keep their pc's on their table to maximize desk space or have to have the window portion of their pc facing the other way since the port input is on the left side of the monitor and not the center.TLDR: if you want to buy this specific monitor and don't know if to buy new or refurbished buy refurbished you will get a good quality monitor that looks and works like new with a 90 day guarantee from amazon but keep in mind it only comes with a 3ft display port cable and the ports are on the left side (when viewed from the front)

I use these for work, adding a second or third screen for my laptop. The picture is good and works very well for my needs. I don't game so i can't speak to that. I use these for work and also to stream tv. I have no complaints for this monitor, does what I need at a good price

Works excellent,although I do with I could get the built in speakers to work properly with my 2nd pc.

IMO this is pretty much as good as it gets without jumping to OLED. own a few of these, ordered this one for GF's computer.

I love everything about this monitor, my one complaint, is that it doesn't have built in speakers. It does display 4K, but it didn't say anything about it on the box or advertising.*UPDATE*I had to return this monitor. It had an issue where the firmware would freeze.

I’m always a little skeptical of refurbished products, but when I opened the box it looked like it had never been used. So whoever owned it before, maybe they just decided to send it back? Regardless, Amazon gives it a one year warranty so I didn’t feel so anxious about buying it. So far it has been great. It is truly massive when you sit in front of it. I play games on the weekends for hours at a time and it has worked perfectly. No tearing or jittering in fast action games.

I’ve been a console gamer all my life, and finally shifted to PC gaming. I was using a 4K TV for a while before it kicked the bucket. The moment I saw this, I felt like the time seemed right. I regret nothing and love everything about it.
