Packaging poor but product awesome very soft very comfortable I love to wear

Well, first off, am pretty happy with the fitting, but I do have a few issues. I read the older reviews before placing my order and as recommended, ordered a size larger than what I normally wear. Problem is, while the shoe fit perfectly style, material wise, size wise it was a little too snug (even with the larger size!)So while it did not really hurt my toes or sole to walk around (and I do normally walk up to 12k steps a day), I did eventually end up drilling a hole through the front of the shoe because of my big toe. And now I need to either get this hole fixed or buy a new pair of shoes altogether as these are my primary preferred walking shoes and I also wear them to office regularly - and it's only been a little over 3 months since buying these shoes. 8/10 would recommend buying, just do not expect to get a perfect fit on first try. Might need to exchange at least once.

I like the material..it's comfortable. Washed once. Easy to clean.Problem is it's little bit tight for me.

The product is very good but due to small in size returned it and thanks to Amazon for a question free return experience.
