Case is great--real wood, protects the phone against falls and looks great. My case cracked after a drop 6 months after purchase and the company replaced it for free the next day. This is amazing customer service. This is not a cheap imported case. Well made and backed by a UK company and local customer service. Well done team.

Looks good, back feels nice, decent enough build quality for the price. My only nitpick is the speaker and charging holes aren’t bevelled off, which might not be a problem on lighter phones but with mine it means the corners dig into my finger when I hold it. Still worth a buy, with a few minor tweaks it would be a 5 star product

I have used iATO phone cases for over four years and has been a great product. Looks good and not bulky like some of the plastic, silicone and other cases.Had a 6s (!) for over four years using this case and multiple drops and active use, held up well.Just received this case for iPhone 12 and also fits well, but cannot speak for the durability; other cases I have had lasted multiple years each.Not quite as "grippy" / easy to hold as prior one, but maybe due to larger size, added thickness. Prior cases were thinner and had a rounded edge.Bottom line, it is a good product. The natural wood looks great and phone use is not compromised.

As a hobbyist woodworker, I like the feel of wood in my hands. It feels natural and comfortable, not cold or brittle or rubbery. The iATO walnut case feels right and it is gorgeous too!

This is a quality case, not like the crap that comes from China. Love the finish and texture. The sides are matte black finish/texture, easy to hold. Unobtrusive case that protects the phone.

Looks good but that’s it. It fall apart in less than a year. Does not have good protection for the phone
