Everything was going fine after 2 uses the mug press the cables burned I contact the seller they first told me that they could give me $10 I told them that I needed that part for my business that is why I bought it so the ask for pictures of the part sent out and everything after almost 1 months the part got home turn out it was the wrong part. I reached out to them again the offer $80 then I said no, they said 50% refund just for me to keep the machine. I decided to return every and get an expensive one so I don’t have this trouble again.

First press did not show but seller replaced the printer which came by UPS much faster than the FEDEX delivered printer which never arrived. Have only used the cap hat attachment but works well. The setting take a little to understand so using the you tube videos are best as opposed to the written instructions.

No instructions on how to put it together. There is a video posted on the Amazon page on how to that a man did for us, which I am thankful for! I want to love this, but I feel like the craftsmanship could have been better. The foam pads that you put your item on are not set in place, they slide all over. I had a hard time adjusting the lever settings. The timer feels like it’s going to fall off. I guess you get what you pay for, so if you’re wanting something just for the occasional maker, this would do. If you are doing orders and lots of things, I would opt for a little better one, which is hard to choose since there are so many different reviews on all of these (I read reviews for months before actually purchasing)!

I spent weeks googling & researching different heat presses. This one came up the most in videos I watched.Shipping was quickWhen I pulled it out I noticed a part had broken so I promptly emailed the seller to let them know, and they quickly took care of the issue and will be sending a replacement part.In the mean time I have been able to get the heat press to work even with the broken part. I haven't had any uneven heating issues, however the directions didn't really explain how to set the temp or time so after pushing buttons a ton and refusing defeat I figured it out.I would 100% recommend this heat press to anyone beginning.So far I have used it to make cups & ornaments everything has come out beautifully.Extremely happy with my purchase

i never got the chance to plug it in as the instructions provided with the press said it was for a 220 hookup. The instructions are poorly translated, so I couldn't figure out much of it, but that part was in red! The company inquired as to whether I perhaps just got the wrong instructions, but by then, I decided the machine was not appropriate for other reasons. The heat press is NOT as advertised online or in manual. To use the hat press on the press I got, you must turn machine over and remove 4 small screws to remove bottom press plate. The online video AND instructions provided with the press show a much easier version that does not exist (or I didn't get). Hat press did NOT fit in the slot provided, even after all that. One screw did not readily reattach to bottom plate as it had been drilled and installed at an angle. The bottom plate doesn't actually slide forward as depicted. Some of the wires to the cup presses were showing. This press is not meant for frequent, efficient use and is too heavy to manhandle for tasks other than t-shirts. I was interested in it for features that were logistically unusable.

Easy to use for beginners...Does shut off in the middle of pressing sometimes which is irritating and you have to wait for the fuse to click back on to turn the whole thing on again but I guess it’s ok as long as it turns back on and does it’s job.

2 months of use. It turns on and off after a month of perfectly working. And of course its too late (by days) to return. Contacted vevor, they said they forwarded my info to Amazon? And its been over a week and I have not heard from anyone. I also wish I had not bought the swing away.

Maquina 8 en 1 para la sublimación de camisetas, gorras, platos, tazas (ya sean redondas o tronco cónicas, de hasta 2 tamaños por cada modelo).Es muy fácil la instalación y el funcionamiento del mismo, aunque le falta un manual un poco más extenso de como instalar los componentes extras.Tras una búsqueda de las temperaturas y sobre qué tipo de material, se configura y se puede comenzar a sublimar, ya que en varios minutos está lista por ejemplo una camiseta.

La plancha plana es excelente, las resistencias de tazas duraron muy poco tiempo. Bueno para comenzar un negocio de sublimacion
