So far, very pleased.
I will update this after being able to thoroughly test it on a good clog. I've only had it a couple months, and now that I have it, the toilet has been behaving itself, of course. But I will say, my toilet seems to have an odd shaped hole, or maybe it's the angle. This is the fourth plunger I've bought within 5 months because I couldn't find one that fit. I put it off because it was a little pricey for a plunger, but worth the quality. Now I can have company over and not worry, it fits perfectly. I tested it on the toilet, without a clog, but this one very noticeably was able to lock in and get suction, where the others could not. I plunged for a bit to see how maneuverable it would be. Not only is it much more comfortable to hold with its contoured handle, but it didn't slip around in the bowl. There were a number of reviews saying it was too stiff and would not properly plunge without splashing water up at you. I have to think these people do not know how to properly plunge a toilet. The plunging action comes from the upward motion, not the downward. It does not have to be jammed in that hole so far that the rubber collapses and the plastic vortex screw presses on the porcelain and breaks. It can be pushed in gently and as long as the suction is made, the upward thrust is where the power comes from. It has nothing to do with being a man or woman or having enough strength. Now if you don't make sure you have that suction first, or pull so hard it releases, obviously it's going to pull up like any other plunger and splash you with water. There must be enough water in the bowl, or more may need to be added, to cover the entire plunger head, and you must tip the plunger once under the water to allow air to escape, so the air doesn't end up pushing the clog farther up the pipes. Don't blame the plunger for your misuse. There are plenty of videos online if you need instruction. Also, I have friends with the same plunger, and the color of theirs looks just like the picture. The one I recieved is a darker blue with dark grey on the handles. I much prefer this, as it is less noticeable in my bathroom, but I can't say if it was the shipment or if the color has actually changed. And the holder is such a bonus. It absolutely is not too small. The plunger rests right on top perfectly, it does not take any talent or time getting it on, while water drips all over the floor. People just need something to complain about. It doesn't take up extra space, and I t looks much better and is more sanitary than going directly on the floor. It is a clouded white color, also not adding anything to stand out in the bathroom. I hide mine from view, but still, this one is more aesthetically pleasing than most plungers if it must be out in the open. I wouldn't recommend any other. And like I said, I'll update if anything else comes up.

Works
I have used this product two times and it worked well both times. So far, so good! I like the fact that it has its own tray to sit on, thereby keeping the floor cleaner without having to resort to putting it in a plastic bag or cut-down plastic jug. The handles, however, are almost too big for my arthritic hands, but I can learn to adjust to that. I trust the Roto-Rooter brand, too. I believe it gets the job done quicker than the other plungers I have used before, but, like I said, I've only used it twice, so this may be just my imagination. I recommend the product.

Crapatoa erupts!
This is a powerful plunger, BE CAREFUL! The rubber that the cup is made of is very stiff. This allows for very powerful downward or push action, but when you reach the apex of that position it can get stuck. When it releases and comes back upward or pulls, it can thrust very hard and shoot water and other matter everywhere. Also if you push downward hard and it hasn't made a good seal with the hole, water is released back at you causing a big wave. This product can be useful, if you figure out how to use it right.

Good for elongated toilets
Now, first let me say that I hated this plunger when it first arrived and I tried using it as I suppose it was designed: having the flexible outside portion outside the small, narrow oval opening at the bottom of out elongated Kohler toilet. I was ready to send it back, because nothing was moving! (And this was plunger #4 that I had tried on the blockage)Then, my creative husband tried using the plunger in a different way: Forcing the outside flexible portion inside the opening at the bottom, in a sense making it oval shaped as well. This way suction was created, as the flexible portion was not allowing any air into the drain. Once he did that, it was easy to dislodge the blockage... and save us a $100 plumber bill.Grateful for his inginuity and this plunger!

Best Plunger Ever!
I originally bought one of these plungers a few years ago at Wal-Mart and was unable to find another one there. Every single other plunger that I have tried has not even come close to this plunger so of course I had to get another one!! I have not had one bad experience with this! This plunger always holds its shape and typically only takes a few tries to get the clog cleared. It has a nice handle to hold onto and takes minimal effort to use. This is the only plunger I will ever use!!

It functions
The little red thing in the center fell off and went down the drain the first time I used it and the unit compresses and sometimes doesn't want to return to shape but in the end it works.I think the basic type are really the best though.

Gets a little messy
Works good, but occasionally the "cone" gets inverted and gets stuck. And, you better make sure that you're pointing it away from you when it pops back to norm, because any water that's on top of the cone will splash right in your face when it finally does go back to form.

style is odd
I needed a short handled plunger to fit under the vanity which is why I purchsed this item. It works fine but feels odd to use - requires two hands to use at all, and frankly I think it's ugly.
