Quality cables, I needed to get these for a new Samsung monitor that decided that Mini Display ports are the wave of the future.. beyond their weird vision of what is awesome and what is not, these cables came in very handy. ViewSonic monitor as second screen connected to my iMac 27" Retina display 5K late 2015. Fantastic! As soon as I connected this cable on both screens the image came by itself. You dont have to do anything. Excellent resolution. I recommend this cable 100%

As many articles confirmed, this cable that plugs directly to my laptop completely fixed my occasional screen flickering issue. If you have a DP to mini DP cable that's a few years old, and your screen occasionally flickers black, then try this cable!

This cable does exactly what I needed it to, running from my gaming laptop's mini DisplayPort to my monitor's full-size DisplayPort. I immediately tested it at my monitor's max resolution and refresh rate, successfully, at 3440 x 1440 @ 144Hz. I also tested HDR successfully both in Windows and in games. Also, at 3.3 feet, it doesn't leave me with a mess of cable, spanning the exact distance between my laptop and the monitor. With those requirements met, this cable performs exactly what I needed it to, earning it 5 stars!
