Immediate improvement
I noticed an immediste difference. Both in my feet, legs and back. It is hard for many to understand how such a small change can affect your whole body, but it does. Best Arch support
I have had a problem with my arches for many years and have never been able to find a support that would cradle my arch, these work perfectly. They come with a right & left and fit wonderfully to give me added support in what ever shoe I am wearing or even bare foot.

I was so happy ordered 3 and it helps with my one flat foot. I wish they would sell them separate from other items. LTD commodities sells them for 7.98...I tried every insert for flat feet and this helps. The same company makes them.

I'm allergic to the heal pads. The pads for my arch are a little too firm. But that's nothing you can help. I don't know unless I try.

Love it!
I love this product! I have issues with my left heel, every morning I would be in pain from the moment I step out of bed. Within the first day of wearing it my heel is 98% better! After my normal 10 hour shift and hour walk with my dog I have no pain at all!

Orthotic review
This product sucks!! It barely fits my right foot,and doesn't fit my left foot at all. Those heel gels come off when you put your shoes on. I think I would have been better off trying one of the knock offs. I was looking for product that would relieve my over pronation and this popped up. But waste of money totally.
