I've been shucking oyster for over 40 years, always using functional oyster knives, but most knives I considered only worthy to store in my tool box or fishing tackle box.These have changed the game. I will gladly and proudly leave these out on my counter just to show them off. They look really great (and getting another set to go in my camper).Now as to functionality..... great hand-feel (I guess what they refer to as "ergonomics"). The blades are sturdy and I expect that these will be the last oyster knives I buy....and I have used so many over the years.A happy customer here (and I'm from New England, having grown up shucking oysters as a course of everyday life -- in case anyone is considering why my opinion might matter or not).ps., Now of course longevity will need to be evaluated down the road, but I suspect that these will hold up to the rigorous life that I am going to subject them to..... and yes, I consume a whole heck of alot of oysters weekly....year 'round!

These knifes are very good and easy to handle. I can say it reduced my shucker time in half. The gloves are really good too.

I purchased this set for my Boyfriend, He absolutely loves it! Shucking oysters w/ this nice set makes him feel like he works in an oyster bar. The quality is superb and this set you get two sets of gloves. Hands down awesomeness !!!!

Great knifes and gloves, hosted a party and shucked close to 100 oysters.

The oyster knives were awesome. They were a Christmas gift for my nephew. He broke them in well. We are oysters 3 times over the break

I am a first time shucker an these worked great! I got an order of 50 fresh oysters for a great deal, a paper with instructions, a few youtube videos for my own benefit, and these two knives with 2 PAIR of gloves (I ordered of couse but did not expect 2 pairs of gloves)! It went smooth as silk! With the little instruction I got I was shucking the oysters way easier than I expected! These knives (only used one so far) dug into the hole, pryed apart, and sliced the muscle of these oysters almost intuitively. I got no hot spots from the handle and the blade shape worked very well with the back and forth motion needed to separate the muscle from the shell completely. They look great and come with a sheath too. I also was able to use the tip of the blade to remove small bits of shell precisely with little issue. I think these will last a good while. Just ordered another 100 oysters and can't wait to get shucking.

Li sto usando molto sono comodi e professionali .

I coltelli sono uguali, cambia solo il colore del manico. Ci sono 2 paia di guanti, la xl ed adatta alla mano di un uomo, non so quanto siano efficaci in quanto poco spessi. Ci sono due cucchiaini. La confezione è adatta per un regalo a chi ama i frutti di mare

Ottimi e super resistente. Ho aperto decine di ostriche. Sn eccellenti sia nella forza della punta che nelle lame. Consigliatissimo!!

Una pena que el guante no es metálico sino de tejido con aspecto metálico. Un pequeño fallo.
