This bacon pecan brittle had a strong bacon flavor, which I liked extremely.

(My camera phone doesn't do this delicious candy justice.)I ordered this Brittle Brothers Bacon brittle for the first time a few days ago. It comes in a sealed plastic bag which is then put in a box (8oz size). The golden brown color, the fresh soft chewy texture and the hickory flavor (from the bacon) just had me after the first bite. This is the freshest brittle I have ever had and it's full of big peanuts. I ate it so fast, I didn't realize the tiny bacon bits till I flossed. It is so creamy (think Werther's caramel candies) but this is creamier- like it was just made then shipped immediately.My only complaint was that I consider the bag one serving size and they consider it 8. 😱Edit: I usually wait a few days, or weeks to give a review of items but that was not the case with this brittle. I initially noticed a flavor but wanted to be sure. After finishing the bag I realized the flavor was burnt bacon. The drippings of bacon fat was mixed with the brittle candy. For those with very sensitive taste buds I would suggest the cashew brittle if you don't have any allergies to cashews, the cashew brittle was sweet like syrup and chewy (unlike rocky brittle that feels like it's breaking your teeth but most importantly it was filled with big cashew nuts.

I love bacon, and I also love peanut brittle, but these two things don’t go together. Maybe it works with real bacon, but what I taste is an artificial bacon flavoring. It’s overwhelming and ruins this product. On its own as peanut brittle, this stuff would be fantastic, it’s just that fake bacon flavor. - Blech.

Yes, it takes like regular peanut brittle. There is an aftertaste of smokiness. No bacon pieces. I was really hoping for a near equal ratio of peanuts and bacon. Nope. Super over priced for just smokey peanut brittle.

This is a great gift for the bacon lover in your life. Tastes great and will definitely purchase again.

My husband ate the whole box within 2 days!
