I really like the smell of this product and I haven’t had any skin issues. I’ve noticed the last lot is extremely thick in texture. It’s almost like it’s coagulated in the bottle and no matter no matter how much I shake it it won’t thin down. This doesn’t seem to have affected how the product works, but it’s more difficult to get it out of the bottle.

I have purchased this softener multiple times.. it’s amazing! Doesn’t make our clothes feel waxy like some other softeners make them feel and it smells incredible, but not overpowering (and I’m picky!) I just got probably my 4th order of the 2 pack in last week and came back to reorder since it took longer than normal last time.. it says unavailable 😭 bring it back!! This is the best softener I’ve ever found!

I love the way this smells but both of my bottles are just REALLY thick. Not viscous at all. I brought a different scent same brand and it wasn’t like this so I’m wondering if they were frozen?…..it never corrected itself not sure what happened. I’m still using it but my wash machine can’t get it all since it is so thick. I might be willing to try again and see if it was just a fluke.

Grateful for this product & feel better knowing that my daughter and family are protected in the clothes that we wear & sheets, towels & items that get cleaned with this product on the team!

I love this softener, it has a nice and pleasant smell. I use it on my clothes and my baby’s clothes. The smell is not strong on the clothes and I love that it’s organic.

The formula is too thick. It’s clogging up my fabric softener compartment in my washer. Will be returning
