It comes in email not hard copy
My bad that I was expecting hard copy and gave bad feedback. But they do very good service and also called multiple times to check on how can warranty email I didn't received and reshared it with me.

Most un trustable insurer
I strongly recommend do not go for AMC with quess care.my microwave oven is having issue since Nov 23 and now it is 26/02/24,till now my oven is not repaired and still with service centre.whenever I call the call centre they say it will be delivered or our team will call u back.when I call the service center to whom they gave authorisation he simply says u complain to call centre.If u go for quess care u will loose your money and time.

Persist with follow up
I purchased an extended warranty, which came handy as the Samsung convection microwave grill sparked while grilling cheese toast. An email service request was lodged with Qcare, duly registered but no action followed. The customer care was difficult to pursue on phone, given the long directory of instructions, call drops. It was a task to persist with follow ups, and I realised they were not responding to me because at their end my complaint was treated as resolved - a service engineer had supposedly visited in their records, when none had. Weeks went by for a job that would have taken 24 hours of less had it been Samsung customer care. The limitations of this Qcare - no guidelines on the options available to customers, no facilitation or monitoring of interface between service engineer and customer. The details of service engineer are not given, leaving the matter to chance or compelling one to follow up. They outsource the job to various service centres, and to Samsung, as they do not have their own service centre. The private service centre I was connected with was immensely helpful, informing me that I could ask Qcare for Samsung service to be provided. Had it not been for them, Qcare would not have told me, so eventually I did get the satisfactory service. Many customers are likely to give up after getting no response - so do persist. If Qcare is reading this - a) put in place transparent guidelines or schedule of what is provided; and (b) put in place interface and monitoring systems between customer - service engineer -customer care.

Receiving of warranty service during extened period
The extended warranty was purchased for samsung microwave oven. Hopefully, I shall receive satisfactory service from Samsung through Quess Care/ Amazon at the time of actual requirement during the extended period.
