I dvr Bill Dance on tv and he's been recommending this for a while now, so when i received a new Abu Garcia Black Max baitcasting reel for Xmas I was surprised to see this available via Amazon Prime. The 12lb was sold out, so I went with the 15lb for now. It works great and has very low memory. Cast just great and worked exactly as Bill said it would. It has a slight blueish color when in the water. So far it's very good quality and ill be replacing all my mono with 12lb or 15lb in future. Excellent and highly recommended and a steal for $8 (300yd 15lb)

I currently have it on my reel but I find that it has a lot of stretch on it. I would have liked a line with less give.

I started fishing a few years ago and have really enjoyed both freshwater fishing as well as some saltwater fishing. I didn't want to have separate tackle for both types of fishing, so it was nice that I can use this fishing line made by the Hi-Seas brand for both types of fishing.Its very well made, and I have used it on several fishing trips so far. It was easy to spool on the fishing real, and I've noticed that I have not gotten any tangle ups at all, and I was getting some on my previous fishing line I was using. That is a great thing for a beginner like myself.
