Well, being a bit of a sceptic, I researched turmeric A LOT before trying it. I started with a supplement that did not have the perine in it and after just a few weeks decided to go with this one because I just didn't know if I was getting enough pepper in my system to make it easily absorbed. It was helping with my arthritis- less pain and easier movement.I noticed my arthritis pain was greatly reduced after just 3 or 4 days!😀. I also noticed my issue with spinal stenosis was better. After a couple weeks I noticed my mood was elevated. (I have depression issues) I decided to reduce my dose of antidepressants. Two weeks later I stopped the antidepressants completely.I thought some of the improvements might be the placebo effect and skipped a few days. WOW, won't do that again. Pain in knees and back returned. Then, by mistake, I stopped taking it again due to dealing with a family members medical emergency and having to go out of state. A week or two without this and I was in SO MUCH PAIN, both knees and back, that I was back on pain meds; and my depression returned! This is not some placebo effect. It works!!! Can't say it will work this well for everyone, but I am never going to stop taking this again. I have put two weeks worth in my purse so if I have to leave again for the medical issues with family I will not be without it. And that also gives me time to order more to be sent to wherever I am!

I haven’t actually started this bottle of Tumeric, but I have the ACV in this brand and I really like!! Easy to swallow, but as for the ACV, it does make my breath a little more distinct than I prefer:(

I really like the product. I am a runner and I was dealing with IT band issues that had me sidelined. That is why I tried the product. I like the fact that I do not feel any sensitivity when I walk and this is only after a week. I know that as I keep using that I will recover more. I think that I am ready to ask my physical therapist to allow me to run. The one thing that I do not like about the product is the peppery aftertaste. I realize that pepper is required in order to absorption, but maybe you can do something to dilute the taste of pepper.

I started taking turmeric seven years ago when I had pancreatitis. I believe it saved my life. The doctors discussed removing half my pancreas. I have paid as much as $54 for 180. These are a third of the price. The bioperine is what makes it work. If works for arthritis. I always buy the first bottle for all the people I care for. They feel the improvement in their lives and continue to buy it. I keep an extra bottle just to give away to people. Do your research and please believe it. I am not a paid reviewer. I am a consumer. This will be the best money you have ever spent.

Product arrived on time and in properly sealed containers. And while its hard to gauge the efficacy of many nutraceuticals over a short period of time I feel confident in stating this product may well have sped up the recovery of a L knee injury I experienced a few weeks ago. I now walk w/o my crutches and am mostly pain and mobility free at this point. I was afraid I'd need an Orthopedic eval suspecting at least a partial tear of one of my cruciate ligaments (ACL), but will hold off now as it functions much better since I've initiated elevation, ice and two Turmeric/Curcumin capsules per day these past three weeks!.Over the past few years there have been some very wide and spectacular claims associated with this Turmeric based product, where some of these claims may have been more suggestive and wishful thinking than validated improvement. Non the less the general anti-inflammatory properties associated with this nature based herbal product and possible enhancement to one's own immune system appear to be quite valid. The ability (or inability) to absorb a reasonable therapeutic dose for this product being the prime issue in recent scientific based literature the incorporated BioPerine of this product has proved to be a great help with this stated absorption issue.I intend to continue my consumption of this professionally packaged product for the near future, and hope to experience a significant lessening of the frequent pain and discomfort associated with my sports related old "war injuries", as well as the general osteoarthritis that comes with aging...I have high hopes for this products future!

Read ingredients the pepper extract makes my stomach super upset so I can't take at all, large pills so if you can't swallow them don't buy. Can't recommend because I couldn't take but one. So all I got from it was an upset stomach. Sorry.

my 14-year-old husky/shepherd mix has arthritis in her knees. I was researching natural treatments for dogs with arthritis and ran across several articles recommending turmeric, so I bought this. To my surprise, the first few doses seemed to help her with the pain from the arthritis, so I did further research and found that it is also very helpful for humans according to the a national arthritis foundation. I decided to try it with my husband who suffers from osteoarthritis in his knee and is in severe pain most of the time and does not want to have surgery. The first day I gave it to him, I didn't tell him what it was for and that evening he commented that he had been pain free most of the day. I thought it was totally weird that it could have worked that fast, so I tried it for my shoulder pain and seemed to get relief as well. It seems as long as we take this supplement twice a day, our pain level is substantially less. I give it to my dog twice a day and my husband and I continue to take it twice a day as well. Research also says that it is not only good for pain, but also good for many different ailments, so we will continue to take this wonder drug.I received this product at a substantial discount or free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
