3 in 1 Survival Folding Knife with Screwdriver and LED Light

I bought this to replace an older Kershaw version of the same knife (Kershaw no longer makes these with half serrated blades). These knives are awesome for my work use, since I can replace the extra phillips and standard screwdriver bits for 5/32 and 3/16 hex bits and between the 4 bits I can open any access panel on all our equipment without hunting around for the one driver that hasn't been lost by my coworkers ;). The half serrated blade is better than a regular blade for cutting through the heavy industrial grade tie wraps that a lot of our consumables have sealing the caps. I use these knives daily at work.The company I bought this from, Survival Hax, has excellent customer service. I received a knife with a manufacturing defect and they responded immediately (less than an hour on a Sunday) to send me another. They also thanked me for the feedback on the problem I had when I described the issue.

Purchased two of these knives as gifts. Luckily I checked each knife prior to giving them out as a gift. Neither of the knife blades would lock open. Don't waste your money, buy a real Kersaw knife, these are not worth the money.Glad Amazon is so good about returning items, but this is one item that should not be sold on Amazon. You can buy a quality Kersaw knife on Amazon for the same price, don't be fooled by the photo like I was.

I bought this knife as a stocking stuffer for my husband. When I opened it too check it out before wrapping I was so disappointed at the quality! The blade would not lock in the open position and doesn't seem too lock in the closed position either! Not safe too carry in his pocket for work and I will probably be returning it !

The short: Get the Kershaw Model 1920 Select Fire instead.The long: I've been using the Kershaw 1920 Select Fire as my daily carry for about 6 months and really like it. I thought a serrated edge might be nice so I ordered the Survival Hax. It is true that it is less expensive, but everything is lower quality. Compaired to the Kershaw, the Hax blade is less sharp, the screwdriver is not stratght, the screwdriver bit isn't as tight, the blade doesn't stay closed a well, the plastic is cheaper, etc. I's OK for a cheap knife, but the slightly more expensive Kershaw is a much higher quality knife.

Basic knife good but difficult to unlock blade to close, need strong finger nails. Needed information as how to use attached tools. Size fine for on belt or pocket use. Blade very sharp and handle easy to grasp.

I bought one of these knives years ago. This is the best damn EDC knife one can ask for. I gave one to my father in law a couple years back. He lost it while working and has sorely missed it e Dr since. He told me that this knife does so much that it is one possesion he misses the most. So for this fathers day I peered another one for him. That was the closest I have ever seen him come to crying in all the years I have known him.Survival Hax shipped the item very fast, it was in a very protective package, and they had this knife at the best price I have found on Amazon. I will look to this seller again in the future other goods.If you are sitting on the fence, stop waiting, order this knife. You will not want to go a day without it.

I have used every option on this knife so far. I have used the blade on a variety of chores and it has stayed sharp.This knife is worth the money. It works wonderfully.The screw driver was actually used to help put up a shelf in the kitchen as the test for the function of the knife.Can opener portion is my only concern, as it needs a bit more of a tooth on the edge to make opening bottles easier.Would love to see a version of this exact knife have a slightly longer handle with the same functions built in, but with a cord/belt cutter, a "real" magnesium fire starter and a can opener (US Army style anyone?) on a tassle on the back. Please do not add a emergency light to the knife as others do.

I purchased this knife and was thrilled to get it and use the tool attachment. The 3rd time I used the screwdriver, the end snapped off. I was really hoping this would solve my dilemma of having a screwdriver with me in the plant for quick use without having to go back to my toolbox or carrying multiple tools.
