Firstly this is radar not pir activated so is very good at activating when any movement is detected, this means light actually comes on if movement is detected on other side of a door within range. Very good for security but downside is it will detect the moving drum in the washer or dryer and come on when nobody is actually there. Highly recommend for security but may wish to consider a passive infra red (pir) type lamp in say the utility room where washer may trigger it. So far no complaints and really like the feature that the lamp actually lights before I've opened the door to the garage.

Bought this so we could keep the light switch in the on position for our outdoor light fitting without havin to worry about turning it off. Only activates in darkness hours. Perfect really.

The pir does not appear to work. Amazon will not refund my money, as seller in China. Amazon ignoring UK consumer legislation....they think they are above the law!! Quite sickening.

Used the bulbs in our hallway. They react well to movement, so now as we open the from door the light comes on No more fumbling about in the dark for the light switch.

Really happy with the lights. Good quality, work well and they arrived early! Would recommend.

I ordered this for my front door area as it is quite dark at night as there are no street lights near me. The bulb holder, or housing is set 6ft off the floor and has a glass surround. When I put this in it worked a treat. People walking by didn't set it off, over 15ft away, but when I was near my front door, going in or out, it activated, exactly how I wanted it to. The bulb is very bright as well so perfect for seeing what I am doing. However, I brought this on the 13th of January and already one of the bulbs has started to flicker a lot and often doesn't come on at all. I have tried several other E27 fitting bulbs in the housing and all work okay. I put this back in and it is hit or miss if it works, around 80% of the time it doesn't. Shame as when it works, it does a great job. I can't say if this is due to a bad bulb or the brand overall but I am put off getting another one just in case.

Il prodotto è eccellente, preciso e decisamente affidabile nel comportamento nel tempo, anche alle temperature più elevate ed in ambienti ristretti. Si può dire che è anche fin troppo sensibile, captando la presenza anche dietro lo spessore di una porta corazzata! Si accendono istantaneamente appena captano la presenza/movimento, per rimanere accese circa 15 secondi cessato lo "stimolo" di accensione. Sono da consigliare, un solo appunto, il "k": è troppo elevato e ne risulta, si una luce gradevole, ma tendente all'azzurrino, che rende meno luminosi i locali che sono destinati ad illuminare. Un k più basso, tendente al bianco/giallino, avrebbe reso queste lampade perfette. Nel complesso meritano di essere più che consigliate.
