These balls are great! I use all three! I have osteoarthritis in my cervical spine and had ACDF surgery on my C5-C6 vertebrae. I use the hard smooth ball and hard spiky ball to roll out muscle spasms and tightness in my upper back, especially my traps. I use them against the wall and on the floor. They work much better than the tennis ball I was using as the tennis ball is too soft. The lacrosse ball is able to get deeper and release the tight muscles. I use the soft and hard spiky balls on my neck. I lay down and roll them down the sides of my neck to help with pain from tight muscles. I use them everyday! It's a great set to have!

I got this product for my husband for Christmas, and it was a perfect gift. The package contains three balls each one with a different texture. All are about the size of a tennis ball and work perfectly. My husband has a lot of back issues and it seems to help relieve some of the tension he is having. It is a very versatile product can be used on back hips, and shoulders to name a few spots. You can take one to work have one in the car and keep one at home. We are very happy with this product.

I've had a reoccurring trigger point in my back for 7 years. It seems to reoccur randomly but always in the same area. Ithas never been painful enough or lasted long enough for me to finally see a doctor. So, it's not a major problem just an annoying moderately painful issue. I've found that these balls have provided some relief the darker spiked ball under a heating pad has provided some relief.

Was looking forward to using these massage balls on my plantar fasciitis, but when the package arrived it only contained two balls and not the advertised 3 balls!

It's essentially a lacrosse ball, and then a hard spiky plastic, and a softer spiky rubber. I don't really use the soft spiky one, but the hard spiky plastic ball is great for massaging. I added the blue ball to my other lacrosse balls probably wouldn't spend the money on the set again.

I can't believe I paid 17 bucks for this crap. One's a dryer ball, ones a ball for a retarded sport, and the other one is too sharp and spikey, and just flat out scares me.

These are great! I love the lacrosse ball for between my shoulder blades, the dark grey one I use for my feet (to release tension) and the lighter blue spikes I use on my hands. Interestingly enough, squeezing onto the mint ball releases tension in my hands as well. They also have a PDF available on different stretches you can use these with, great product, highly recommend.

So far so good.. I've only used the hard spikey ball. I've had muscle knots in my calves for awhile and just after one use... what a relief!! I have used it it more than once. But after the first use I got so much relief.. the knots soften and feels more like the muscle is supposed to feel. This is gonna be a staple in my myofascialrelease work
