TEMCo Industrial Foot Switch CN0001-10A SPDT NO NC Electric Power Pedal Momentary CNC

I have a veteran friend with one arm that use to have extreme difficulty using a conventional squeeze style grease gun !I bought him the Milwaukee battery operated gun that has a trigger on the switch, but he still has a problem he has to press the trigger and hold the hose !This switch solve the problem, I took the side of the grease gun apart, located the wires for the regular switch, drilled a small hole for the wires and then soldered this switch onto the exiting switch.Now he can put the switch under his stump of an arm, and get the unit to work or even easier he can step on this switch to activate the grease gun, it works like a dream !

What can I say; its a footswitch. It came with a short 'pigtail' that I wasn't expecting to use. My application called for an 8 foot wire with a 1/8 inch minature plug on the end. This was to use it as a PTT (Push-to-Talk) switch for my Ham radio transceiver.Disassembly was straight forward and it was a simple matter to un-solder the original wires and attach my new ones. All I had to do was identify the normally open pair, solder and re-assemble.Works great and I do like the 'feel' of it.

This is a great little footswitch at an excellent price point. Equal in quality to switches costing 2 or 3X more. I'm actualy using it as a foot operated PTT switch to control transmit & receive on a Ham Radio station. It would be even better if a DPDT version was offered so I could control 2 transmitters with the same switch but I only found one seller offering such a device and at a MUCH higher price point by about 4X. I will source a DPDT lever action microswitch to replace the one inside this unit and do it myself, but even as-is, this little unit as a great place to start.

High quality foot switch I am using for ham radio PTT function. Works great and is easy changed from NC to NO by using the correct wire. Great value compared to other options.

I wired this switch into my Tig welder which only came with micro switch on the torch. Works perfectly and makes welding much easier.

All metal construction switch--Not junk!. You can wire it as normally closed (white black) OR Normally open (red black). They have a very clever design spring inside with a reliable micro switch. It has PERFECT actuation characteristics. It has rubber feet but you can easily open it and bolt it in place. How I used it: I have a riding lawn mower with a "seat kill" switch that is normally closed. The problem is trying to adjust that seat kill switch so it engages at the right spot without dis-engaging when running over rough terrain (shuts off engine). I decided to use a foot kill system to replace the seat kill. I ordered this Temco AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. You will be too.
