Stuff rags in the intake and intercooler tube to prevent FOD from falling in
Very happy with this purchase. Worth the money. Truck feels and drives great. Noticeable throttle response increase and faster turbo spool. Gas mileage seems better! I haven’t driven enough to put it to the test, but I’m elated over the little performance boost! Followed the instructions and took my time installing it. Used the scraper as directed cleaning everything before putting the new elbow on. I kept my heater grid even though I have the delete and still can feel a difference. The installation was simple and easy. The only fight I had was getting my intercooler tube to go inside the coupler fully. Once I loosened up all the clamps I could manipulate it in perfectly.

Fit my 2006 Ram 2500 Cummins 24V
Easy installation but did have a slight dent on the end of the pipe, nothing I wanted to go through the hassle of returning. It fit well and had a noticeable gain in MPG and faster turbo spool up. Works best if you upgrade your intake as well.

You know what this is
It's Banks so comes at a steep cost. Worthwhile upgrade even for stock runners. Don't expect any return on investment. This is a mod part it does its job well.

Its not just Bling. It really makes a difference.
I noticed a gain in power right away. I had a boost gage installed prior, so I was able to see the difference right way. Before I would hit 25psi max on a stock tune. This hit 33 and it bounced off it like a rev limiter on a stock tune. Eventually I had a check engine light come on telling me I was over boosting. This is when I broke down and bought the Banks tuner. Then I was able to hit up 48psi on the max effort tune. 44psi on the economy tune. The AutoMind is decent, but you can only go so far with it.MPG before buying tuner 18-22 with Monster Ram. Before Monster Ram 16-18With tuner set on Econo tune Mpgs have been close to 30mpg at 65mph following a semi. 22 to 25 mixed driving.

It is Banks Power what do you expect.
I have a variety of parts from different brands: Bully dog, Banks, Etc. With Banks you get exactly what you expect, easy to install, and the drive ability of my truck went way up. Worth it. Big plus is all the ports to add sensors or nitrous injection or water meth. Personally loved it.

Nuts and bolts thrown in box, no bags
Hardware missing most likely because it was thrown in box loose

Great product from our experience.
Bought this for my dad’s 2004 ram Cummins 6 speed. These manual trucks can be a little sluggish in the lower rpm with the turbo. This helped feed more air and make a smoother less sluggish acceleration. It feels like the truck can breathe better. Is it expensive yes of course but it is worth it. One thing to note we did have the intake horn that is more restrictive from dodge. There is two different dodge intake horns one is more restrictive because of the design and the other is not. There is plenty of info online about this. If you do have the intake horn from dodge that is less restrictive would this product be worth it? Probably not from others experiences. Worth looking into that before you make your choice. Ours was the more restrictive one from dodge that’s why we got the monster ram. One thing to note our truck is tuned has air intake and exhaust. This could also affect our experience compared to a stock truck were it might not be the same results. So I am only speaking from our setup standpoint. I do believe it would help a stock truck a lot too but at the end of the day that’s just my personal opinion. It is straightforward to install just take your time with it. When installing cover up any exposed areas so nothing falls in. Best advice from a video I saw on YouTube. Hope this review helps out others as other reviews and videos helped me to make a decision on this product.
