How do you clean them? Can they be put in the dishwasher?

Yes, you can put them in the dishwasher or in your washing machine. they’re great.

I though these dry quickly? I just got them and wet one per instructions and rang it out and it's been 4 hours and it's still damp.

I use the Swedish dish cloth so often during the day it doesn't have time to dry. I use it often, preparing dishes for the dishwsher, wiping the quartz counter tops during meal preparation and many other kitchen chores. I spray Clorox Clean Up directly on the damp cloth for germ free clean up and the cloth is sturdy enough to take it. I have found it indispensable in my kitchen. I am using less paper towels and saving $ by using the cloth rather than so many paper towels. I keep it on my sink daily. At night I dampen it, spray with Clorox Clean Up, rinse it well allowing it to dry overnight ~ clean and ready for the next morning.

Can Swedish Dishcloths scratch marble, granite and man made stone like counter tops?

These dishcloths are very soft and absorbent. I use t h em on my quartzite counters. Also ok for granite and marble. I love them. No more stinky sponges!
