Fantastic product
I use this enclosure daily with an SSD and the speed is incredible. This is an excellent alternative to buying a fully encrypted drive from other vendors at many times the price. I have tested this product with both a 2.5" HDD and 2.5" SSD with no issues. The enclosure is well-built but do not expect it to provide any physical security for your drive, this is purely a logical security solution.Device management is friendly and once you've setup the drive it only takes a few seconds to enter a pin and mount the drive each time you use it.The only note I have is please be aware there is no feature to wipe the drive after a set number of PIN failures. Other than that, this is a fantastic product.(This is not a paid review, and not a 'freebie' I was expected to review, etc.)

Works like a champ
Pros: The setup was a breeze and the drive (formatted as exFAT) works great on Windows, Linux and Mac OS. The LCD can show some information about the drive and the connection, such as the temperature and speed.Cons: Nothing serious, just a few minor things to remember. First, I noticed that if the drive is left plugged in when the computer reboots then the speed of the USB port will drop from 3.0 to 2.0 until the next reboot. Second, it is not clear how to use the master recovery key (I'm guessing in case the PIN is lost or forgotten). Finally, the enclosure doesn't include any option to secure a drive slimmer than 9.5mm, so you're on your own there. As I said, none of the cons are serious enough (IMHO) so I won't knock any stars off for them.
