Not too bad
When the box arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see it was well packaged, or so I thought. The boards and frame were wrapped in layers and layers of bubble wrap for safe travels. But, they packaged the 2 metal frame pieces together without a layer to protect them, so of course they came scratched. Not quite enough to return them, but odd that they'd wrap everything so well but not know the metal on metal could be a problem. Overall, decent shelf though.

Overall nice product but came with flaws
Easy install and looks great, but knocked off a couple of stars because one of the boards came chipped in a couple of spots.

Scrached and damaged on arrival
It really looks nice but they sent me a damaged or used one. I am really disappointed.
