Got this book instead of the digital book for a real estate class and I'm glad I did. The way the chapters and pages are laid out is great and make a complicated subject easy to digest. The actual price and print quality of the book is excellent for a text book. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the margins are not ideal, the words can be hard to read at times because they are printed too close to the edge of the page, going into the crease between pages. In later chapters it's less of an issue because you can lay the book open flat. Other than that it's a good book and I'll be keeping it even when I'm done with the course.
