The plastic containers are not sturdy, they are thin and flimsy. When assembling i found that the cut out areas that let the container grip the rail were not cut out I had to cut them out so the containers could mount on the rails. The containers do not hold well on the rails and if you accidentally bump one it will fall off leaving a mess to pick up. Quality control must be non existent for this product. Sure wish I had known this before buying.

The idea is great and I liked this unit as soon as I saw it. I paid $300 without hesitation, hoping that it will replace al my old wall mounted bin organizers. The structure is good and sturdy, no doubt about that. The bins, however are terrible. Chip, thin, flimsy and deformed. They design to interlock between themselves, but they definitely don's. Overall and because of the low quality bins definitely not worth $300. Luckily for me my old sturdy small bins (made in Italy) are compatible with the unit and can replace the red once, which are the worse ones. Think twice before buying it.

Like others noted, the packaging is terrible and my instructions weren’t even included. Also as noted in other posts, you would think for the price tag you are getting a quality product. But that is not the case. Complete junk - from the flimsy frame to the paper thin plastic trays that snap apart and break when try to assemble them on the rack. If I hadn’t put holes and my own screws into each plastic tray to keep them attached, I would have returned it. Don’t waste your money.

Was it fairly easy to assemble. Saves a lot of shelf space. The only compaint is that the Storage bins are a bit awkward to hang on the rack, but is easier once you get used to it.

Like most individuals, I have hardware tucked away in cans, bags, and bins. This gets everything organized, and in one easy-to-move location, I am pleased, which is not easy to do. I would recommend this organizer.

The product is nice but, the plastic bins are very low quality. My big concern was the inner box containing the product was damp and the box was covered with black mold. I had to mask up and bleach all the parts to remove it. 3/28/2022 just an update this thing is incredibly flimsy I had to replace the hardware, the low quality of the buckets is about 4 steps down from them just being junk. think twice before purchasing.

Very cheap price I should of known it is junk. The bins do not lock together correctly. They are warped so they do not hang on railing as they should. Bins fall off railings when you try to reach in bin. Not enough roon between rows to access bin. I have small hands my husband of average size hands are to large to successfully reach in bins without knocking off other bins
