Ok for viewing, ftp & email uploads - forget the video record feature.
Generally an ok camera, however the alarm videos can only be accessed by installing software for Windows. Even so a joke - who in their right mind would have the user interface download large video files on a possible lossy (wireless) network using UDP???? I had about a 90%+ failure (partial download of file) on a relatively stable wireless network. In short a useless feature which nulls the tout of an embedded memory card - for what?

Did not work for me.

Win 10 software will not load onto PC.
Software that was downloaded gave me an installation error on my Win 10 PC. I had to power down the PC and reboot so that I could clear the error. I will try it one more time and take a picture of the error and post it. If the manufacture cant send a patch to fix the problem I will be returning it in January.
