After deployment of the blade, a liner lock will safely secure it into place. It also offers a pocket clip and lanyard hole for a choice of carry options. Guarding the frame is an anodized aluminum handle ergonomically crafted to fit comfortably in your hand as well as reduce the overall weight of the unit.

Great small knife!
I purchased this knife as a travel blade as it conforms to the euro-rail 75mm max blade length restriction. While the reviews were all good I'm still surprised how exceptional this little folder is for the price. You can easily open the blade one handed with a finger guard/lever assist to get it to a starting open position with your forefinger and then finish the opening action by using your thumb in the open area of the blade. The blade is pretty tight but with repeated use I can feel it wearing in enough to get a nice smooth action and I hope I can "flick" it open shortly. If you get the blade to the half way open point you can flick it the rest of the way currently so a drop of machine oil should help.Pros:Small but comfortable. The lever assist becomes a finger guard to prevent slippage. The blade is razor sharp out of the package and is very tight in the handle.I love that the bottle opener is usable with the blade closed unlike a number of similar models where you have to open the knife first. The belt clip is very low profile for easy in pocket carry and is very strong for a secure grip on a belt, pants or pocket opening if that's your preference.Con:I'm not sure how I feel about the lanyard holes since they have a sizable gape by being on both sides of the blade channel but they should work

Great Knife, No Regrets
Kind of a knife fanatic, so I am pretty critical when it comes to blades. Summit Forge did a nice job here. All the obvious points are met... sharp, good weight, balanced, easy (but not TOO easy) open. Favorite things beyond the basics though are the serrated teeth, they are very sharp, strong, and relatively deep for a smaller knife. THE BEST PART, IS THE THING I THINK IS MOST IMPORTANT IN A KNIFE: There is no play to it, it does not wobble even a fraction of a millimeter if you try your worst to make it do so when it is in the open position, That in my opinion matters the most in a blade outside of blade strength and longevity, both of which this one certainly has. For the price, there is no comparison. If I got it for a gift, I would assume it cost much more than the actual pricetag.

The Best Knife for Money
I bought this knife a few days ago after seeing all these great reviews. It shipped in a very timely fashion and I received extremely fast. So far it is a fantastic knife with very durable construction. The bottle opener is very unique I have used it a few times and the aluminum has heeled up very well under stress. Out of the box it was very sharp and easily cut through rope and many other items I tested it on. I have decided that I will make this my everyday carry because it is has really impressed me.PROS:Sharpdurablegreat bottle openerlooks cleanopens wellCONS:Not made in America

Pictures don't equal the real knife!
Stumbled across this wile browsing and thought I would take a chance on it. Turns out it was a great idea. This knife is very attractive and well made. The photos do not do it justice. I half expected one of those cheap overseas stamped out junk knives but it most definitely is not. Good solid lock for the blade, open light design, very sharp steel blade with a nice profile to it. Screws hold it to together. Not cheap rivets. The plastic feels like Bakelite and that stuff is almost impossible to wear out. Love this little knife! Thank you Robin of Summit Forge.

For the price I paid....well....can't expect too much and it met the requirements that I was looking for - aka: I can open a bottle easily. This is just thrown in with the extra safety gear/supplies in the jeep for "just in case" type of use.

quality knife, I don't love the cutout in the handle since you could probably get some skin in there when it's closed, but it's a fine little pocket knife

Sturdy and Light!
Just received this knife today and I love it! It has a durable, sturdy feel to it, but is also quite lightweight so I can carry it in my pocket or purse without it feeling heavy. The blade is very sharp and very strong, it would not bend at all when I tested it. It's easy to open and close too. Just a great knife in general!

Great knife
Love it. I am a rancher. Opens with one hand so I can work a bale of hay with one hand, cut the bay strings with the other. Light but tough as nails and it holds an edge under use. Something you usually can't say about an inexpensive knife. I bought a couple. "Lose the knife" is one of my best tricks
