This is second order of several bags of Colima salt ordered and gave some away to family. We and they love it. The best salt ever to use. We also told another colleague of ours about it and she purchased some based on our usage and she loves it. Cannot explain the difference between this and regular salt, which is not good. This is even better than the pink Himalyan salt also. It comes in tiny crystals and you don't need much to make your food, especially steaks, be not only flavorful but oh so juicy, especially if you season and leave overnight in fridge before cooking next day.

Tasty Salt
The size of the salt is little large and when you put it between your finger fingers to rub it together to crush its kind of hard. The taste is excellent.Personally its hard to use to cook with because the granules don’t crush easily. The moisture level is fine. Quality is good.
