I love essential oils. This one was a tad strong in flavor but worked great in a green tea. It has great essential oils in this blend. I have been using it only a few days but love that it could help me drink more water and stay away from diet drinks. Carbonated drinks are not great for your tummy if you are trying to slim down. Hoping as I continue to drink this in only one drop increments it will help enable my system to digest and rid it of waste. Do not drop more than one drop into your drinks.
