The nozzle comes out easily do be careful when transporting. I wish it came with a second rubber foot for the nozzle because it tears up fast since the nozzle comes out easily. Battery life is good and its very easy to use

It does not fit the jug. It just sits there wobbly. We tried placing it on the side, but the hose is too flimsy it kinks. It is also extremely loud. Waste of money.

I bought two manual water dispensers prior to this one which kept loosing pressure and where difficult to pump. Finally I gave in a bought a rechargeable pump, with a platform which I really like, and except for the minor noise the motor makes it is the best choice I could have made; hands free for glasses and cups and I can hold heavy pots and containers with two hands until shut off time. There are three buttons; power button 8 oz automatic pour button and 1 quart button. Giving five stars. The pressure is always even and steady. Love it.

Works great but every single dispenser I purchased online did NOT FIT the top of the bottle. So they’re all the same in that way but this one would have been by far the best of all for the price but since it’s made for you to rest a glass or container on the device and you can’t , it’s useless. There’s no way for me to keep in place so I must return . I can keep the other because it doesn’t fall off but it’s not as useful as this one would have been if it even came with an adapter or instructions on how to secure. I’m certain the water bottles delivered are the standard size here in the USA so I don’t understand

I cannot upload a photo at the moment, however, I can describe how I implemented this perfect device into my everyday life. I have been in the process of building out a van on a budget. I needed water, yet had no room for a traditional RV kitchen. This device allowed me to physically draw a circle around its' circumference on the top left part of the small-scale floor cabinet built, raised the shelf underneath so the mouth of the 5-gallon water bottle meets the cut hole and engages with the water dispenser perfectly and twists on tightly for a small water bowl or different size glasses. PERFECT FOR MY USE and BUDGET!
