I have spent years experimenting with numerous supplement products. I can say with my background in Exercise Science and Nutrition that nutrient timing and the implementation of supplements pre and post exercise do offer benefits that should be looked into. My buddy actually introduced me to his new product (REVOLT BCAAs by Bro Labs). I was skeptical at first because of the name. I often look at the nutrition facts and found that there was no proprietary blend. This was very impressive to me in the sense that the company would not lie to me about the composition and quantity of its product. I know what goes into the product and from there I know what goes into my body. My concerns were once again relieved after I received the product. The first thing that I found on the bottle was a GMP seal. This stands for Good Manufacturing Practice and means that the supplement was made in a proper and safe environment. I usually look for either a GMP seal or a USP (United States Pharmacopia) seal to verify that the product is legitimate. After my initial review of the product I finally got to try it out and taste it. The taste was a bit sweet and one could probably use 16oz of water instead of 6-8oz of water with an entire scoop. The powder mixed well and was not clumpy at all. The only thing that was kind of funky was the fact that the flavor was watermelon and the color was blue. I used the product as an intra-workout supplement and felt great. I was reenergized, felt as if I was getting stronger. My recovery time became quicker the more and more I used it. I didn't see too much change in my size, but I didn't lose any muscle mass. All in all I approve and loved this product. DO IT! BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I discovered Brandon Carter a few months back on YouTube. I saw one of his HIIT workouts and gave it a try - it was awesome and I quickly added several of his workouts to my rotation. When I found out that he had a supplements company (Bro Laboratories) I was a bit skeptical because Brandon comes off at first as a little crazy - and I wasn’t sure I wanted to ingest supplements produced by a crazy I thought might be person. Eventually I decided that he was crazy, but in a good way, and I began purchasing his products. First I tried the fat burning Tea Rexx and loved it. My second product was his BCAA formula Revolt, the one I am currently reviewing. So far I have used it for two workouts and it is incredible. Much better than I expected. I used during my workouts and I definitely noticed a boost in energy and endurance. Unlike most BCAA supplements, Revolt as a small dose of caffeine. At first I thought this might make me jittery, but it seems to be just the right amount. I also noticed that after my workout that I didn’t feel as worn down. I rarely praise supplements to this degree. Usually, even if I like something, I can find a few negative things to point out. Both Tea Rexx and Revolt are excellent in my opinion. I am a personal trainer and have been for nearly ten years. I have used a lot of supplements. I am so impressed with Bro Laboratories that I intend on trying all their products. The list of ingredients is always straight forward. This is nice because you get to see exactly what you are putting in your body. I do not know anyone at Bro Laboratories and I wasn’t offered anything for my review. Unfortunately Tea Rexx is no longer being sold on Amazon, so for that I have to order directly from them which means no prime shipping, and they charge a bit too much for shipping at BL - other than that I truly have no complaints.

Call me a skeptic but I have always been weary of the nutritional supplement world when it comes to fitness and training. Living in the 21st century allows us the quick access to conduct our own research when it comes to what we put into our own bodies. No longer do we have to rely on word-of-mouth or the benign advice of the old-timers at the gym.That said BCAAs are made up on a few amino acids which, currently, are believed to be somewhat beneficial to training. I have never used an amino acid supplement before in my training and thought after doing my own due diligence to research, that it would not hurt to try something new.Bro Labs’ REVOLT presents itself as an extremely fine powder and, when mixed with water, turns into an electric blue beverage with great taste and no clumps – so that is a plus. It is believed that BCAAs are only beneficial to those who consume the supplement on a fasting diet regimen, and thus I underwent some intermittent fasting in order to fully utilize the effects of REVOLT.After three weeks of hitting the gym in the early morning on nothing but the supplement in my belly, I can say that this BCAA mixture works extremely well to get me going through my long workouts. I experienced higher levels of energy than I normally do in the mornings and find myself able to sustain my heart rate at optimal levels for longer allowing me to sweat more and achieve my goals quicker.I believe it is too early for me to comment on any long-term effects for muscle mass retention, but what I care about the most is the boost in energy and being able to push harder than before is what really counts here.Do yourself a favor and give REVOLT a try. It tastes great and will be a great addition for any serious gym-goer’s workout.

Revolt BCAA's gave me a good energy "buzz" to kickstart my workouts and a little extra boost to hammer out an extra rep or two. The amino acids were crucial for helping my muscles recover so that I could go hard on my next workout.
