Not as described
These stakes are not solid metal, covered with plastic, as described by the seller. They are thin metal tubes, covered with and filled at the ends with plastic - like many of their competitors' products (which are accurately described as such). I need sturdier poles and thought these would be them.I have tried to contact the seller, through Amazon, without success. If you want light-weight stakes, these may suffice. If you want solid metal stakes, let me know where you find them.

I’m using these for a whole different reason.
I’m using these for a whole different reason. I needed something to hold up my 2 1/2 foot high fence for my little dogs. However I am going to hook into some vines for it to grow on. They’re super easy to work with and pretty darn sturdy.

Blend in perfectly
We planted 27 green giant thuja arborvitaes. These stakes blend into the tree color and give the support needed without taking away from the view. We receive high winds in Missouri at times and these stakes give added strength.

Very Sturdy, relatively inexpensive and durable. These are just what I needed.
These stakes are the right size and sturdiness for the plastic netting I am using to keep deer from eating my shrubs. The metal construction is very strong. The price was great too. Especially when you compare it to other types of posts/stakes you can use.I also like the fact that they have a plastic coating to resist the rusting process over time.Overall great purchase.

Misleading description, not solid metal.
Description states 'solid metal coated in plastic'. Upon arrival, they are thin, hollow core and not sturdy at all. Far from solid metal. Broke right in half. Definitely would not recommend.

Yes. They do the job.
Stakes have been a pleasant surprise, sturdy, well constructed and worked well to hold plants upright. We have also been able to use them to construct a fence with mesh netting to keep our dog out of the flower bed.

Good to Keep Flowers Upright
It is just good and right to keep the light weight flowers upright. You have to use more than one stakes to support, and they did the job.Can be reused.

The "Steel" inside snapped
Tried protecting our arborvitaes with these stakes and they ended up either snapping or bending. Not a quality product.
