Sierra Dawn Campsuds Downe Fabric Wash Cleaner 8-Ounce

I love this soap for cleaning down pillows. It doesn't strip the oil from the feathers and once dry the feathers pop back to "almost brand new". The slightly lemony scent is wonderful.

This is the best product to clean your tents and boots at the end of the camping season. No strong soap odor, easy to use and it works to get even the most stubborn dirt out.

I washed my queen comforter in the bathtub with this soap and a tablet of Oxiclean (probably not recommended, but I had years of body oils to remove from the fabric). It was too soiled for me to want on my bed and now it looks almost new.... at least a 90% improvement!! The process even plumped up all the squares. I should have tried this before spending over $200 for a new comforter!I started in the morning on a hot day... The washing step involved hand scrubbing the edges with a brush and using my feet to agitate! After the washing, I rinsed it until I couldn't get any more suds out. I put it in my washer for the spin cycle to get the excess moister out, then laid it over my umbrella-styled clothes line for the day to get more dampness out. Finally, I put it in my dryer for maybe 4 cycles to make sure it was completely dry. It helps to have a shower curtain or very large plastic bag to move the wet comforter with as it is very heavy and full of water after the wash step.

Used on a down puffy jacket and it got rid of some staining

Are used to use tide to wash my down Patagonia jacket. Every time I did that the down wood clump up and it would take me days to try to pull the clumps apart. I finally tried this Downe cleaner & I am so delighted! My coat puffed up perfectly with no clumps! And it smells really good. I washed two down pillows today and they came out fluffy and beautiful! I highly recommend this product and will buy more and give it as gifts!

I use this to wash my down jackets. Works well, just little pricey for the amount.

This does a great job on our down coats in the washing machine.
