This however was not that bad but due to the slightly heavier saturation
I bought this product to utilize for staff at work. No one had let me know that there was no more solution and I had two days to get something in so that my staff could clean some carpet. It did the job, however it took a little more saturation than the other product I use. The primary solution I use is called ReleaseIt Encap DS2. This however was not that bad but due to the slightly heavier saturation, there were some odors afterwards that had to be addressed. Natural odors that can occur especially when steam cleaning commercial carpet adhered to concrete.We were utilizing a counter-rotating brush by the way. Anyhow, we have a few bottles left so I will update as I get more familiar with it but if you need something it will definitely do.

The product doesn't clean as deeply as say Encap DS2, but you get what you pay for, I guess. UPDATE: I clean the carpets for this building quarterly and I can honestly say that I have never used a product that has such a high rate of re-soiling. I do not recommend using this product if you have to come back and clean the carpets again. My job will be twice as hard this time around.
