Worth it!
My inground pool skimmer basket doesn't have a handle and several times I have had snakes in it! This was simple to install and a great product !..........it's held up well for over a month with only one of the 2 screws installed (my puppy chewed one off before I could install it!)

Works great
This handle works great. My basket use to have a metal bar that would always fall off and if there was a bunch of leafs would have to reach in them to grab. This handle is up high so I can handle it without sticking my hand into the unknown. Wish I would have had this one from the beginning.

Makes cleaning skimmer basket a lot easier
This is one addition to a pool everyone needs. Simple design works and you are no longer grabbing a basket out of the skimmer and wondering what might go slithering across your hand as you reach down in to the mess contained in the basket.

Much easier to reach skimmer basket
PROS: Attaches easily to skimmer basket. Nice length of handle that makes it easier to pull skimmer basket out to clean without having to get down on your hands and knees.CONS: You can't use vacuum and/or skimmer sock while it is attached and it has to be unscrewed to remove.

keeps me off my knees to pull skimmer basket out of pool intake. In case a critter (Mouse, Rat, Snake, mole or other is in the skimmer), it keeps me out of danger of being bitten. Easy to install, just two screws and remove existing cross handle from your current skimmer basket.

It works
Something that is so stupid simple is awesome! No need to get on my knees anymore! For little ones they don't have to touch the icky bugs anymore! I've had them for years and bought this replacements a backup! Worth every dollar spent!

Better than the cheap handle that came with my basket
The handle that came with my basket didn’t last one pull so I knew I needed to come up with a fix but just never got around to it. When I saw this I knew I had to get it.I will say the screws looked too big for the holes on my basket but with a little pressure I was able to force them in. It works great and helps me get the basket out without touching the stuff inside.Perfect fix!
