It is good had trouble taking it to bit my son done it for me just getting use to it

Wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. It managed to ‘clean’ (very streakily) one half of a sliding glass patio door before it started leaking. The trigger and seal had completely gone. Absolute waste of money, don’t bother! It’s also pretty heavy and cumbersome to use if your upper body strength isn’t the best. Not very easy to store either as it doesn’t retract and is difficult to disassemble the pole. All in all a really shoddy product, would not recommend.

Putting together was a nightmare and the spray trigger just kept breaking. It left streaks all over the windows but the worst for me was when using the squeegee it dribbled black water down over everything. Don’t waste your money!

The internal plastic that holds the pole together broke. And what's even worse it broke in the first attempt of using it.Not what you expect from a brand new product.

At last a reasonable quality window cleaner, with spray, mop and squeegee. I will not pretend that it has made window cleaning my favourite chore, but it sure makes it a lot easier and quicker.
