Smooth and quiet
The original bike had to be replaced because of defective resistance mechanism but the company was on the case right away and delivered an excellent replacement that rides smoothly and quiet as advertised

Extremely well made. It's solid and it runs smooth and quiet. It's better than a lot of commercial grade equipment I've used at clubs in the past.I have back issues and found this seat to be really comfortable. The adjustable fan that blows on you is a nice little bonus. Very happy with this piece of equipment.
