This was a present for a tolle artist. She is building up a library of ideas and this was a great book to add to her collection.

A great book, in very good condition and sent very timely. The market place is great for gifts such as this at the lowest prices.

I liked this book, and the format used as a beginner in Tole or Rosemaling. It may not appeal to those that have been at it for a while but the examples of stroke technique I thought were useful and the projects simple enough for a beginner to tackle. Especially useful is the wire binding so it lays flat and you can copy the strokes.

very compete book

The book is very good it stresses learning the basic strokes before you move on to other projects that are in the book. The other projects when you do get to them they turn out beautifully, and I've never painted any thing like this in my life so if I can do it anyone can do it.

I have been painting for many years, both decorative and "one stroke", I thought this book would have many ideas and patterns. It does but they are at a "5 years old" level, really not what I expected.

A well-presented book with very clear instructions as to how this craft can be practised. It makes the craft look very inviting and interesting.

The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I showed the book to my tole painting instructor. Although she is Japanese and doesn't read much English, she couldn't wait to order a copy for herself.
