MERCEDES-BENZ, The SLK models: The R171 Paperback – December 10, 2014

This is an awesome read on explaining a very great car. Goes from the history thru all the systems to last year built. It is a great read for all. Highly recommend it.

Very detailed and complete information on the various models. Best book I have read, more detailed than the the MB factory manuals

This book is excellent for any owner of a R171It is comprehensive and as a owner it's opinions are spot on.The book is up to the high standards of his other books and this one could be considered the SLK bibleIt also makes for a Good re-read and reference. Very well done

There is useful information in here and wonderful photos, but the writing is not the best. Perhaps it suffers from translation, or perhaps the author is simply someone who knows loads about SLKs but simply is not a born writer. It's still a useful book but a bit tedious to read. Maybe an aggressive editor would have helped.
